La Riva Villas develops luxury homes in emerging countries. We chose our locations carefully, one of our key criteria being the establishment of excellent relationships with local business owners, who know first hand the ins and outs of their particular markets.
For this project, we are working with French designer Patrick Rey, from El Showroom, Oscar Ulate, local Costarican architect and Erwin Schuster, Project Manager and partner at La Riva Villas. All of them live and work in Tamarindo.
Our mission is to achieve a high-end, European quality in construction and finishes, by choosing always the appropriate materials and strictly adhering to European standards.
Our theme: to make the most out of what Costa Rica has to offer and enhance the experience with maximum quality and flawless style.
